Lighthaus Inn B & B
Our home's setting is perfect for a special event or romantic country getaway, located on a private road overlooking the valley. Our full size lighthouse is designed as a replica of the East Brother Light Station, located on an island in San Francisco Bay.

Upon your first night’s check in, you are invited to join us at a wine reception to watch the sunset from the widow's walk of the tower balcony. Our separate Guesthaus with a full kitchen can be reserved by the room or in its entirety for small groups, daily or weekly. All guests are invited to the Main Haus for gourmet breakfasts.

Business folks have enjoyed extended stays with our comfortable private setting. We offer satellite T.V. and complimentary wireless internet access. Coffee available in the kitchen of the guesthaus anytime. The local airport is just a couple of miles from the inn and we offer transportation, just call us!

We welcome couples, families and their pets (even equines!). Our horses, llamas, and kittens at the barn just a mile away bring out the child in everyone. After a long ride on the Elroy-Sparta bike trail, enjoy our new Finnish Sauna; it is a healthful and spiritual experience. Our manicured landscaping with flowers galore will have you thinking you are at the botanical gardens. Enjoy the chiminea and the ponds complete with a churning gristmill wheel, koi fish, and chirping wild frogs. The various sitting areas offer wonderful views, privacy, and charm with unique atmosphere.

Our country location is in a cove, virtually seeing nothing but rolling farm fields, horses in the valley, and sunsets that are a gift from God. With the ridge rising up behind us in the oak and jack pine forest, many birds and wildlife abound.

We are within a mile of the bustling little town of Sparta. The antique shops offer a diversion for those treasure seekers. The area Amish communities offer wonderful scenic drives and goods to purchase. If bike or horse trails are your fancy, we can accommodate you with your travels to Southwestern Wisconsin. Our pasture land just a mile away, offers a secure place for you to pasture-board your equines with confidence while you pamper yourself.

Local festivities are full of pride with Butterfest, Oktoberfest, the Tomah Tractor Pull, the Monroe County Fair, and Fort McCoy attractions. Golfing, fishing, biking, skiing, snowmobiling, kayaking and canoeing bring sports enthusiasts to the awesome landscape of our Driftless area. The rugged, craggy rock ridges and swift moving creeks and rivers offer hours of enjoyment, no matter how you chose to venture through them. If you have never been; come join us here in our little piece of heaven. If you have; come back, we've been missing you!

Come See, Come Stay!.... and You WILL Come Back!!
